CANCELLATION POLICY

Surf it Easy does not accept cancellations on the day of the activity. In case of no show, the class(es) will be charged in its entirety.

Customers are eligible to cancel their surf lesson up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled lesson time. Cancellations made within this timeframe will be eligible for a full refund.

Class hours are agreed directly with the client at least 24 hours in advance.

On the day of activity is given tolerance of 15 minutes. From that moment on it is considered absence and Surf it Easy reserves the right to charge the class(es).

To cancel a lesson, please contact our customer service team by phone/WhatsApp (+351910285821) or email (info@surfiteasy.pt).  Provide your booking details, including the date and time of the lesson, as well as your name and contact information. Our team will confirm the cancellation and process any applicable refunds accordingly.

In rare cases where unforeseen circumstances (e.g., inclement weather or instructor unavailability) may require us to cancel or reschedule a lesson, we will make every effort to notify you as soon as possible. In such cases, a full refund will be issued, or an alternative lesson time will be arranged based on your preference.
